easiest pasta dish ever!
|sometimes (not often), i crave pasta; not the cheesy, tomato-y|
type but the lightly tossed, slightly seasoned kind. one day,
after raiding my pantry (aka ONE shelf), i came up with this
6 oz (half a box) of tri-color pasta or any other short pasta
1 6.7 oz jar of tuna in olive oil with oregano (i used Tonnino)
4 tablespoons of small capers (not drained)
1 tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning OR juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of herbes de provence
1. cook pasta according to directions. drain & return to pot.
add the remaining ingredients, stir, serve! i like it lemony so
you can add lemon zest for a bit of a bite.
